We have an urgent opening for the position of Centre Head
Please find below the details.
- Position:Centre Head/Principal
- Work Timings: 8:30am 5 pm (6 full days Working Monday to Friday & Saturday
- 30am to 3:00 pm)
This position will be responsible for the day to day activities of the center and will ensure that the center function is organized and efficient and produces operational efficiencies
o She will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as brining in
Operational Efficiencies in the Centre.
o Converting Inquiry into admissions.
o Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory.
o Should participate in Lead Generations activities by way of creating Events, Road
Shows and in center activity.
o Staff Retention
o If comfortable with the given KRA's/New Strategies
o Parent Engagement
o Academic Implementation
o Visiting existing parents for child's development
o Revenue Maximization
o Sales
o Open for Change
o Target Oriented
Internal Communicate internally with Teachers and Regional Manager for
day to day operations
External Communicate with various other departments and corporate office.
Interact with Students and Parents on a daily basis.
Reporting To Regional Manager
- Skills and Qualification :
Education Level and others relevant experience : Qualification -Preferably Graduate/MBA , atleast 3 years of experience either n Education sales customer services and operations.
Knowledge Skills(General &Technical) : Complete end-to-end knowledge of customer services operations and sales.
Working knowledge of MS Office and advance level skills in Excel.
Good Analytical skills and coordination skill.
Good verbal & written communication.
Self motivated
Ability to handle Team
Willingness to take on additional responsibility
Proactive mindset
