  • PR-PO-Delivery Management.
  • PO GRN Receipt Management.
  • Store & Inventory Management. (Receipt/GRN/Bill Booking/Consumption. etc)
  • Standardization of Store functions and inventory management.
  • Multilevel Store & Inventory Management - Site Stores.
  • Inventory MIS (Receipt, Stock, & Consumption) Critical Spares Purchase, Receipt, and Consumption & Stock.
  • Inventory, Spares & Consumables Stock Consumption Reconciliation (GL Account / Cost Centre Wise).
  • Expertise in inventory likes Mechanical, Hardware, Electrical, Electronic, Paints & abrasives, Oil & Lubes, Tools and machines, Consumables, Etc.
  • Receipt, Consumption & Stock Reconciliation.
  • Formulation of Inventory Policy.
  • Stock Level Replenishment Management.
  • Machines & Spares Warranty & Consumables Shelf-Life Management.
  • Company's machinery & other movable assets management.
