ARGFL is hiring in the Central Operations Profile at the Goregaon location for our SME Loan Against Property vertical
Responsibilities
Business Performance:
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
Disbursals Docket Compliance & Resolution:
- Ensure compliance with all disbursement procedures and policies.
- Handle and resolve any issues related to disbursal dockets.
- Maintain accurate records of all disbursement activities.
DSA Payments:
- Manage Direct Selling Agent (DSA) payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Reconcile payment records and address any discrepancies.
Employee Incentive and Other MIS:
- Oversee the administration of employee incentive programs.
- Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on MIS data.
Insurance Payment and Reconciliations:
- Manage insurance payments and ensure they are processed accurately and on time.
- Reconcile insurance payment records regularly.
- Address and resolve any issues related to insurance payments.
Monitoring Customer Service Requests:
- Supervise the handling of customer service requests.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor customer service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SME LAP vertical of loan disbursement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
