We're Hiring: CENTRAL KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Kitchen Supervisor at our Centrale (Central Kitchen) in Mumbai. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, including food preparation for the outlet kitchen, inventory management and staffing. They will also be responsible for maintaining a high quality of food prep being sent as well as ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is a plus
• Quantity cooking experience is a plus
• Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
• Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends
