Base location : BSPL project site, Koppal.
Job Requirements:
- Should have extensive experience of electrical System of Integrated Steel Plant Project, Operation and Maintenance
- Must have been involved in Finalization of electrical Technology of Integrated steel plant selection, preparation of Project Budget, preparation of Project DPR, Statutory compliances, vendor selection, feasibility analysis etc.
- Experience of managing large cross-functional/departmental projects
- Experience of handling Power Distribution & Transmission system of integrated steel plant of > 3 MTPA capacity or involved in the setting up to >3 MTPA steel plant.
- Strong on ground experience of project execution.
- Ability to analysis the Electrical faults, must have strong knowledge of protection system, ability to prepare the CAPA etc.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with dept. heads to prepare detailed project plans .
- Develop a budget and operating plan for the projects.
- Monitor and track execution as per the plan.
- Ensure execution of projects within budgeted time and cost.
- Ensure all strategic and tactical goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Identify risks and put in place risk mitigation plan.
- Proactively identify and highlight risks of delays to the Director.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Interface with external consultants/ vendors/ external agencies etc. to ensure seamless communication and timely execution of engagements
- Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
