Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Counsel existing clients and convert prospective leads into prospects.
Contact existing and potential customers to generate sales.- Engage in routine data calls as a care manager, addressing concerns to maximize retention and generate referrals.
Develop persuasive sales pitches to boost clinical revenue through the cultivation of relationships and effective selling techniques.
- Pursue potential clients, converting leads into scheduled appointments.
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.- Achieve sales targets and play a pivotal role in the business's growth. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Solve questions regarding the product or service provided by the company.
- Strong sales and closing skills.
Demonstrated sales expertise in the skincare or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in skin, hair, and laser treatments, as well as skincare products.
Candidates with experience in the skin and laser clinic, wellness, slimming center, dermatology clinic, or hair/skin/beauty clinic industry are preferred.
