Job Overview: As a Center Manager (Sales Manager) at JSCC Wellness, you will oversee the daily operations of our wellness center, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales growth. This role demands a proactive leader with strong sales expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Build and maintain relationships with clients and local partners.
- Center Operations: Manage daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales and customer service professionals. Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to foster a positive team culture.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly. Implement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the center's budget, controlling expenses to meet financial goals. Analyse financial reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns. Organize events and promotions to attract and retain clients. Utilize social media and digital platforms to enhance visibility.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of slimming services, beauty services, and aesthetic/derma treatments.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
