Candidate is responsible for driving the insurance business for the assigned area. It includes sales of both life and non-life insurance products and the after sales services, in case of queries. To help the sales team and advisors on services / claim settlements etc. To maintain good relationships with insurance companies. Also to help the sales team to bring new advisors.
Job Description
- To develop the insurance business in the assigned areas by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager.
- Training of the advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities.
- Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
- Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
- Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business.
Products: Both Life and Non-Life Insurance
Experience
3 - 8 yrs experience in both life & non- life insurance selling. Preferred candidate who has worked in B2B (Business to Business) model OR Agency Model, who has handled the Business Partners / Advisors.
Salary Range
Yearly CTC is divided into two parts 1) Fixed CTC 2) Yearly Performance base incentive, which is given at Financial Year end. * (*discuss it to respective HR)
