Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Manager at HopUp India located in Amritsar. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating activities and events, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining facility standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management and facility operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in the hospitality or Gaming & Amusement industry is a plus
