Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate preferably in Social Sciences or other equivalent / appropriate qualification
Experience: 2- 3 years of experience in managing Vocational Training Programs. Candidates with prior experience in social sector preferred

Job Description:
Centre Administration:
- Take lead to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre and manage the overall day to day operation to ensure efficient utilization of available resources
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed at centres assigned
- Timely start and completion of each batch.
- Coordinate with the HO team to meet resource requirements at centre and resolve any operational issues like HR, IT and so on.
- Upkeep and maintenance of all assets and equipment purchased for the Centre.
- Timely updating all other official documents /records pertaining to the centre as proof of evidences as mandated by DBM Trust / Donors / Sponsors / Other Partners and as per SOP in required formats
- Monitor the daily performances and conduct performance reviews of all centre staffs to ensure timely and quality completion of all tasks.
Project implementation and training
- Ensure the training of Placement coordinator and mobiliser in the details of different vocational programs so that they can effectively communicate with their eco-systems.
- Support the social worker and placement officers in their work including meeting with their network on a need basis.
- Develop strategies & implement them on the ground to fill the vacant seats as per set targets batch-wise and course-wise.
- Interact and engage as required with parents of beneficiaries.
- Responsible for Fee Collection and deposit on behalf of the organization
- Ensure follow up with placed students to determine their length of engagement in their job.
- Coordinate and provide all support including data for periodic reviews and / or audit by any other stakeholders.
- Adhere to accounting processes and compliance requirements of the organization/ donor.
- Any other task and activities assigned as per the mission of DBM Trust and may also be required to take responsibility of other centres as and when required.
Program Monitoring
- Monitor Batch wise progress against set and defined criteria/ recommended curriculum, ensure regular student assessments, and course correct any deviation
- Maintain a tracking sheet of each student batch wise as per the format.
- Responsible for student placement and follow up on job continuation with students for at least one year.
- Prepare required reports at the completion of each batch.
Reporting:
- Submit reports in the specified formats at specified intervals designed by the donor and the DBM Trust as a mandatory compliance.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports to be submitted to Manager - Vocational Training.
- Provide any required inputs for Manager - Vocational Training to prepare his / her reports.
- Develop case studies and communications materials as per DBM formats.
Others:
- Document and record all contacts whether of social worker / mobiliser or placement staff.
- Extract absenteeism reports on a daily basis and ensure follow up with students / parents (along with Social Worker).

- Hold good command in verbal and written communications skills in English/Hindi and familiar with local language
