Lead AISECT's operations in Kerala, driving growth and impact in education, skill development,

and digital empowerment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Willingness to travel extensively in Kerala.

Independent problem-solver.

Understanding of IT industry trends and the job market..

Key Responsibilities

1. Expand AISECT's presence by establishing new centers.

2. Secure government partnerships and projects.

3. Develop college collaborations for student mobilization.

4. Manage regional operations and team performance.

5. Provide comprehensive data reporting to the leadership team.

6. Place trained candidates in various IT domains.

7. Manage regional offices and their staff.

8. Direct the team to work in a coordinated manner.

9. Provide leadership support to the entire team.
