Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager at our Panvel location. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center, including staff management, curriculum implementation, parent communication, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
