Purpose: The Center Manager Insurance role is designed to acquire and grow business for insurance products. This involves developing strategic plans for business expansion, supporting and training sales teams, managing relationships with insurance companies, and overseeing operational support for branches. Additionally, the role includes recruiting new advisors and conducting business opportunity presentations to drive overall growth and performance in the assigned area.
