Identify and engage with community leaders, local authorities, corporations and other
Relevant stakeholders to build partnerships and support for the program.
Conduct outreach and awareness-raising activities to promote the program and
Encourage people to register in the program.
Organise and facilitate community meetings, focus groups and other events to promote
Registration in the program
Work with the program team to develop and implement strategies for effective
Community mobilization.
Support the registration and selection of young people to participate in the program,
Ensuring that they meet the eligibility criteria.
Conduct regular follow-up visits and maintain regular communication with program
Participants and their families to ensure their participation and completion of the course.
Manage the daily operations of the Livelihood Development Centre, including
coordinating schedules, managing resources, and overseeing the delivery of
programs.
Collecting Case studies and testimonials of students.
Coordination with trainers and placement cells.
Ensure proper documentation of all activities at the center and report regularly to the
senior management.
Collaborate with other members of the program team to ensure that program objectives
are met.
- Qualifications and Skills:*
Any Bachelor degress
Experience in community mobilization and participatory approaches.
Good communication skills
Knows basics of MS Office
Ability to handle admission and student queries
Fluent in Gujarati
Knows basic English
