Applications are invited for the post of Center Head for the UPES - BEST Center( Bajaj Engineering Skills Training).

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership: Overseeing all activities and daily operations at the BEST Center.

Strategic Alignment: Ensuring all initiatives and processes are aligned with UPES's strategic goals.

Collaboration Development: Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies and industry partners to foster collaboration and impactful outcomes.

Program Management: Overseeing training program development, managing resources, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Innovation and Partnerships: Actively driving innovation and establishing partnerships with academic institutions, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to enhance the centre's reach and influence.

This role is vital for driving the centre's growth and making a substantial impact on both students and the industry through hands-on, high-tech training programs.

Experience: In the field of Mechatronics, sensors, actuators, robotics, automation, industry 4.0 and related interdisciplinary domains.

Qualifications:

PG/Ph.D. degree in (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Robotics or allied branches)
