Job Description

Skinoq is seeking a dedicated Center Head and Client Coordinator to join our team in Surat, Gujarat, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our skincare clinic operations and drive business growth.

Position:Center Head and Client Coordinator

Location: Surat, Gujarat, India

Department:Management and Operations

Reports To: CEO, Director of Ops

Overview: The Center Head and Client Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of our skincare clinic, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client coordination to deliver exceptional client experiences while maintaining efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the clinic

Implement and maintain high standards of service and client care

Monitor and manage clinic expenses and budget

2.Client Service and Coordination:

Greet and assist clients, ensuring a positive experience

Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly

Coordinate appointments and manage the clinic schedule

Provide information about services, procedures, and promotions

3.Staff Management:

Lead, manage, and motivate clinic staff including doctors, therapists, and support staff

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

Handle staffing issues and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment

Assist in coordinating staff schedules and shifts

4.Business Development:

Drive business growth through marketing and promotional activities

Identify and implement new business opportunities and services

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies

5.Administrative Tasks:

Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Handle billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Assist the Center Head in daily administrative tasks

6.Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation

Implement quality control measures and regular audits

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the skincare or wellness industry

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (experience with ZOHO CRM is a plus)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
