As the Center AM/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our flagship center, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position and requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a Retail role
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams at center for managing day to day issues
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and Retail sales operations
- Experience in implementing Retail marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
- Control statutory and stock management
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship center for Gaming and Hospitality
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at all times
- Supervise and train center staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and monitor operational budgets for the center
- Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team internal and external to execute promotional activities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend competitive strategies
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and submit regular reports on center performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
