Coordination and Facilitation:
- Coordinate and facilitate arts and crafts workshops, classes, and events.
Provide guidance and support to participants during creative activities.
Supplies Management: - Manage inventory and procurement of art supplies and materials.
Ensure the availability of necessary resources for scheduled programs.
Instruction and Demonstration:
- Instruct participants in various arts and crafts techniques and mediums.
Demonstrate artistic processes and encourage creativity.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with the community to understand interests and preferences for arts and crafts activities.
Collaborate with local artists, schools, and organizations to enhance program offerings.
Safety and Compliance:
- Implement safety protocols and guidelines for arts and crafts activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for arts and crafts programs.
Monitor spending and seek cost-effective solutions for program needs.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate art exhibitions, craft fairs, and other events to showcase participants creations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of program attendance, participant feedback, and material usage.
Prepare reports on program outcomes for management and stakeholders.
