This is a full-time on-site role for a CDP Bakery at Niraamaya Retreats in Thrissur. The CDP Bakery will be responsible for daily bakery operations, including food preparation, baking cookies and bread, and ensuring high-quality standards in the bakery. The role will also involve working closely with the culinary team to create new and innovative bakery items.

• Bakery and Baking skills
• Experience in food preparation and baking cookies
• Knowledge of bread making techniques
• Ability to create and follow recipes
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus
• Culinary degree or certification in baking is preferred
