Why this job matters
The Commercial Operations Associate 2 assists the delivery of sales programs and bid pursuits through standardised tasks, contributing to commercial outcomes with customers.
What You'll Be Doing
1 - Assists with commercial initiatives in the delivery of sales and profit targets.
2 - Assists with basic reporting and forecasting needs to support sales payplan deliverables.
3 - Assists in the collation and gathering of information to support interactions between the sales and the deals team.
- Assists with sales processes and provision of standardised commercial operations support to internal stakeholders throughout customer lifecycles under guidance.
- Assists in the preparation of quotes for distribution partners with all required information included and within the committed SLAs under guidance.
- Uses existing procedures and analysis of information to solve standard problems.
