- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to identify any suspicious or criminal activity
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activity and incidents
- Respond promptly to alarms or requests for assistance from security personnel or stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with security personnel and stakeholders
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies to provide evidence in criminal investigations
- Conduct routine checks and tests of CCTV systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information related to security operations
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems and operations
