As a CCTV Engineer with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of CCTV system design, installation, and maintenance. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality security solutions that meet client needs and industry standards in LVS (Low Voltage System) Department, able to integrate their technical knowledge with Design and installation of CCTV, Access Control System, IP Surveillance, PA System, Fire Alarm, Notifier & BMS Integration. Project Management & Site Supervision. Use of AutoCad to build SLD and Design BOQ.
System Design: Design and specify CCTV systems based on client requirements, including camera placement, recording equipment, and network infrastructure.
- Installation: Oversee the installation and configuration of CCTV systems, FAS ensuring proper functionality, optimal coverage, and adherence to safety standards.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide timely repairs as needed.
Technical Support: Offer technical support to clients, including training on system usage, providing documentation, and addressing any operational queries.
Project Management: Manage multiple CCTV projects simultaneously, including coordinating with vendors, scheduling installations, and ensuring project milestones are met.- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for CCTV installations, including system designs, configuration details, and maintenance records.
Compliance: Ensure all CCTV systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, including data protection and privacy laws.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CCTV system design, installation, and maintenance, with a proven track record of successful project execution. Expertise in CCTV hardware and software, including cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and video management software (VMS).- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and IP-based CCTV systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CCTV systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.Certifications:* Relevant certifications in CCTV technology or related fields (e.g., certifications from manufacturers like Axis, Bosch, or Hikvision) are a plus.
