CCAI Developer
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad or Pune (3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 1+ year
We urgently need a CCAI developer with following skills:
- Experience with Dialogflow CX, including managing conversation flows, intents, and fulfillment logic.
- Hands-on experience with agent assist, bots.
- Proficiency in Python for custom logic and API integrations.
- Ability to design and optimize complex conversational flows.
- Strong understanding of webhook development for dynamic responses.
- Experience with Google Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Console.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for improving response accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug using Dialogflow's tools.
- Experience in migrating bots to CCAI platform is nice to have.
- Expertise in optimizing agent performance for quick response times.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working in cross-functional teams
