Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Dialogflow CX Development:
- Design, develop, and manage conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic using the Dialogflow CX platform.
- Natural Language Understanding:
- Utilize natural language understanding (NLU) techniques to accurately interpret user inputs and extract relevant intents and entities.
- Integration:
- Connect Dialogflow CX with backend systems, APIs, and third-party services to retrieve and manipulate data, execute actions, and deliver personalized responses to users.
- Context Management:
- Implement strategies to maintain conversational context and appropriately handle user inputs.
- Error Handling:
- Develop robust error handling mechanisms to gracefully manage user errors, misunderstandings, and edge cases.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Perform comprehensive testing of conversational flows to ensure accuracy, performance, and a seamless user experience. Identify and fix any issues or bugs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Dialog Designers, UX Designers, and subject matter experts, to align on project goals and requirements.
- Optimization and Analysis:
- Analyze user interactions, feedback, and data to optimize and enhance conversational experiences. Identify opportunities to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, flowcharts, and integration details, to support knowledge sharing and ongoing development and maintenance.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve and enhance conversational solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing conversational agents using Dialogflow CX or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Experience with API integration and backend development.
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 427,123.30 - 4,362,921.00 per year
