- Implement, supervise and improve frontline sales and distribution infrastructure, organization, metrics, processes, systems, plans, activities and promotions to achieve business sales distribution goals and objectives in specified territory in a sustainable manner.
- To achieve Sales Annual Business plan for the territory-channel-Outlets assigned.
- To execute Programs, Demand generation activities, Visibility Merchandising plans for the territory achieve Sell in Sell out objective both GT MT.
- To monitor improve distribution objectives in terms of Range availability, Product placement.with the help of Sales team
Responsibility -
- Annual Business Plan Delivery
- Distributor and Super Stockiest Operations Management
- Data mining, analysis planning programs based on it.
- Share update facts pertaining to the products managed on a periodic basis.
- Identify Channel/Product insights effectively use it for designing Plans
- Plan and execute selective programs for the products managed in the utensil cleaning tools portfolio.
- To be in charge of execution of critical programs - quality and timely execution.
- Ensure Right Product at Right Outlets
- Maintain Relations with Top Outlets and Directly Handling top Outlet Business
- Intensive field work for executing outlet level plans , Training Team and Generating Business
- Be in constant touch with the market to understand market reality.
- In Charge of Demand Generation and Offtake promotion Activities at the store
- Settle all financial claims of Outlets and Distributors in Stipulated Time Frame
- To Train Sales and Merchandising Team on Sales Call and Processes
- To Ensure Adherence of PJP and Discipline by the Team
- Ensure hygiene of Business reports and Operations
- Finding opportunity and providing input as per channel classification
- Distributor Management i.e Appointment, Ensuring Right Investment /Infrastructure and Service SLAs are delivered by Super Stockiest Distributors
- To Ensure Proper ROI to distributors and Claim Settlement on time

Desired Qualification /Experience
- Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes
- MBA with 5-12 Yrs of Distribution in Retail Sales experience, MT experience will be an added advantage.
- Rest Of Bengal (South Bengal +North Bengal) experience will be preferred.
- Age less than 35 Yrs.
- Communication and Basic Data Skills.
