At its heart, Probo is an opinion trading platform building prediction markets for India. On Probo, users can find questions on many topics of their interest, like sports, news, finance and many more. Users can swipe yes or no to express their opinion and place trade(s), and by doing so they enter into an event contract with another user on the other side of the trade. Probo is a matching engine that enables the execution of this event contract. Each trade is INR 10, and at the end of the event contract, the user with the correct opinion wins the quantum at stake.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Research: Conduct daily research around top trending YT videos.
- Tool Proficiency: Quickly learn and use internal tools efficiently for operations.
- Business Strategy: Form strategies and execute growth strategy.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in content operations.
- Analysis : Perform Qualitative and Quantitative analysis around category.
- Work with editorial, technical, and marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in content operations & management..
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality content and operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Has a good command over SQL & MS Excel.
- Need someone who can join in less than 2 months.
