Category Manager - Marketing

We are Dr. Oetker India. Since our beginnings, under the brand FunFoods, we are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces bringing a taste of Europe to the Indian consumers. Additionally, we have a range of moist ready to eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies.

We are looking for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who can wear many hats and be comfortable with ambiguity to join our Marketing team for our category of Cakes & Desserts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the team, you will help in:

• Drive product development with a hands-on approach aligning with business goals.
• Lead market research, new product development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive product launches, campaigns, and external agency partnerships.
• Manage category budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Work across teams to ensure seamless execution

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4 years of working experience in Category Management preferably in FMCG.
• Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights and new product development
• Get the job done mindset
• Out of the box thinking
• High initiative and ownership
• Creativity, passion, flexibility & persistence
• Effective communication, presentation and MS office skills
• A love for food.
