About the Team:
The Loyalty Program Business Team manages the integrated rewards program for the platform, driving its key strategic objectives. The loyalty program, launched alongside the platform, is being re-imagined to align with growth and profitability goals.
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated leaders to create a growth model for the companys digital ecosystem. The loyalty program is central to the brands journey as a super-app, offering a variety of products and services. We are looking for an experienced business leader who thrives on consumer-centric innovation and industry disruption to help us achieve our goals.
This role is crucial in driving strategic business objectives through the loyalty program while shaping the platform s trajectory for accelerated and profitable growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish the loyalty program to achieve annual business plans and organizational goals.
- Design and operationalize programs to monitor business performance and industry trends, delivering solutions for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance on product development and promotional strategies.
- Build and enhance relationships with partner brand leaders and category leaders to identify synergies.
- Improve existing partnerships and program designs, focusing on scaling what works and evolving what doesn t.
- Develop and strengthen both internal and external relationships to unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainable long-term growth.
- Foster an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Educational Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field from a Tier-1 B-school
- Minimum of 7 years of category management and/or marketing experience in a relevant industry
Technical Skills & Subject Knowledge:
- Experience leading categories in a digital business is essential
- P&L management experience is preferred
