Responsibilities
Taking complete responsibility of the P&L for the owned category
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with customers in different phasesof customer cycles
Proficient in acquiring and managing partnerships with different healthcare institutions
Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams in sales and marketing, product,technical division for the overall growth of the specific category
Should be able to work with third party vendors for end-to-end products in the specificcategory
Work our best sourcing strategies aligned with customer requirements to grow the overallfinancial health of the category
Solve for structural problems to speed up the growth of the category
Should be able to make intuitive sense of business data in different aspects of supplychain
Qualification & Experience:
Techno commercial understanding of the healthcare supply chain is preferred
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills
Proactive person having high-impact mindset
Consistent record of high performance
