Roles and responsibility:

Prepare, maintain and monitor dashboards for high value / mid /small accounts. Analyze by city, category, package, renewability, lead delivery, payment mode, etc.

Monitor cash collections at a branch level. Collaborate with and Sales analyst and ensure supply is maintained based on the demand.

Work with activation and onboarding teams. Ensure smooth onboarding and Sulekha's value is rightly communicated.

For Impact campaigns, work with GMB team and ensure maximum customers are activated on GMB.

Coordinate with Digital Marketing Team and ensure that there is enough lead flow (through various sources SEO, PPC and re-engagement) for customers to be satisfied.

Coordinate with Customer Support and ensure customer queries are solved and relationship is maintained with all the customers. Collect qualitative feedback and tag Happy and Unhappy customers.
