Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Category Lead for Influencer Marketing with 3-4 years of experience in both offline and online spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of our influencer marketing campaigns, generating revenue, planning and managing campaigns, and enhancing our presence on social media. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Management:
-Oversee the financial performance of all influencer marketing campaigns.
-Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
-Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and reports for senior management.
Campaign Planning and Management:
-Plan, organize, and execute influencer marketing campaigns for 100+ brands.
-Coordinate with brands to understand their campaign requirements and objectives.
-Manage campaign logistics including influencer coordination, content creation, and delivery.
-Ensure all campaigns meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
Revenue Generation:
-Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities related to influencer marketing.
-Build and maintain relationships with brand partners to encourage repeat business.
-Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive campaign engagement and sales.
Social Media Amplification:
-Create and implement social media strategies to promote influencer campaigns.
-Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
-Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
-Collaborate with influencers and digital marketing teams to enhance campaign visibility.
Stakeholder Management:
-Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related activities.
-Liaise with brands, influencers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
-Provide exceptional customer service to brand partners and influencers.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
-3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, event management, or a similar role.
-Proven track record of managing P&L and generating revenue.
-Strong understanding of both offline and online marketing strategies.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
