Hiring Lead - Growth & Strategy for Indian based MNC for Bangalore location.
Education Qualification required - IIT or IIM Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Pricing Management: Analyze sales trends, stock aging, and days of cover (DOC) to maintain optimal inventory levels and competitive pricing.
- Business Planning: Assist in detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning.
- Performance Execution: Ensure key business metrics such as GMV, inventory health, and profitability targets are met.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to boost product visibility and align sales velocity with goals.
- Design Collaboration: Partner with design and marketplaces to create high-margin products.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor digital fashion trends and collaborate with partners to guide relevant product development.
- Merchandise Review: Conduct monthly reviews to assess product performance and draw insights for future designs.
