Category Lead

We're looking for super charged people to join our fast growing startup.

As a Category Lead, you will work closely with the founders and be responsible to exponentially grow your category.

Your role & responsibilities include the following:

P&L responsibility for the category

Plan collections and oversee the entire process from sourcing to production

Implement growth plans to meet high revenue targets quarter on quarter

coordinate between the design and production teams to roll out the collections on time and as per the demand

Vendor management for your category

Coordinating with customer experience/support team to address product related concerns and ensuring satisfactory closure to all issues.

Maintaining customer satisfaction levels (5* ratings) for your category.

Must have a management degree from a premier institute

Experience 4-5 years +

Experience in a fashion business and a startup environment would be an advantage.

Location Our Pune Design Studio (This is not a Work from Home role)
