Job Title: Category Manager Ophthalmology Department

Organization: Eyesphere Medicare

Location: Noida, Delhi NCR

Salary: 6 LPA - 8 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Responsibilities

As the Category Manager for the ophthalmology department, you will:

  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Own the end-to-end process of category management, from lead generation to successful execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify trends to optimize product offerings and services.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive initiatives to identify, nurture, and convert potential leads into business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align category goals with overall organizational objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze category performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and clients.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in ophthalmology, with a strong understanding of the domain.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
