Why Is the Role Important

The Category Associate - Preschool role is essential for connecting prospective parents with our preschool offerings, ensuring a seamless and positive first experience. As a specialised team member for the preschool category, you will collaborate with the preschool team to support program design, gather feedback, and engage parents. Your role also includes managing pre-enrollment conversations, booking centre visits, and fostering relationships to create an engaging and enriching early learning experience.

What Is the Role

As a Category Associate - Preschool, you will balance program support with pre-sales engagement to enhance the preschool experience. Your key responsibilities include:

Category Support:

• Program Design Assistance: Collaborate with the Preschool team to refine and enhance the preschool curriculum, including creating and testing new activities and resources tailored for young learners.
• Resource Development: Help in creating age-appropriate learning materials that support the preschool curriculum and contribute to a playful, discovery-driven learning environment.
• Data Tracking: Monitor and analyse data related to student engagement and progress, providing valuable insights to support curriculum improvements and student success.

Pre-Sales & Lead Engagement:

• Lead Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for parents exploring our preschool programs, connecting with them through calls and messages to answer initial questions and build rapport.
• Qualitative Conversations: Have meaningful conversations with parents to understand their needs, address any queries, and introduce them to our preschool programs.
• Centre Visits: Convert interested parents into Centre Visits for preschool sessions, helping facilitate a smooth transition to enrollment.
• Lead Assessment: Evaluate lead quality and provide insights to the Marketing team for more effective lead generation and engagement.

Who Is the Ideal Candidate

Qualifications: Fresh graduates with a background in Early Childhood Education, Communication, Business, or related fields.

Skills Required:

• Genuine interest in early childhood education and child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents of young learners.
• Ability to build trust and positive relationships with parents.

Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, especially in education, sales, or service, is a plus but not essential.
