Job Description

  • Creates Master Warranty for in Parts when new products are launched.
  • Analyzes Engineering Change Notices to determine what items need to be set up as repair parts.
  • Maintains part drawings, for customer reference.
  • Processes requests from Customer Service for, items not originally intended for sale as repair parts.
  • Provides support to Customer Service, Technical Support, and Engineering as required.
  • Makes necessary changes to SAP Material Master when repair parts are discontinued.
  • Monitors use to depletion parts and deactivates when inventory reaches zero.
Qualifications
  • Entry level in discipline but requires previous technical or customer service experience.
  • Requires detailed mechanical knowledge of how parts function within the system.
  • Able to understand engineering documents.
  • Familiar with Bills of Material and Engineering Change Notices.
  • Familiar with the product life cycle and underlying business planning requirements.
  • Strong analytical and math skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Prefer skills with CAD drafting or Adobe Illustrator.
