Role Overview - As the Catalog Manager for a US based Medical and Health supplies ecommerce organization, you will lead our efforts in catalog development and product listing management. Your leadership will directly influence the visibility and presentation of our diverse product range across different sales channels. You will be managing product catalogs for online marketplaces (like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy) and our D2C website, and our other distribution networks. Key Responsibilities Catalog Development & Management: Lead the development of the product catalog, ensuring a cohesive and appealing presentation of our medical and health care products across all sales channels. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for catalog requests from internal teams, effectively prioritizing and delegating tasks to your team members, including designers, writers, and upload associates. Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with the category, product, and growth teams to drive category expansion and product launches, ensuring optimal customer experience through meticulously crafted content and visuals across all touchpoints. Content Optimization: Enhance the impact of product visibility and appeal through optimized titles, descriptions, images, videos, infographics, A+ content, and packaging, alongside performance-driven creatives and brand communication strategies. Role Requirements Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare/Medical or a closely related field. Professional Experience: At least 4-6 years of experience in project or product management, with a proven track record of leading teams. Team Management: Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management, with an ability to navigate cross-functional team dynamics. Communication Skills: Exceptional command over English, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas with simplicity and clarity. Technological Proficiency: A keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies and tools for efficient management practices. Industry Experience: Prior experience as a catalogue manager in medical/Healthcare supplies is a must.
