Role Overview
As a Catalog Operations Associate, you will oversee the end-to-end catalog operations for our organization, ensuring the seamless upload and management of product catalogs across various platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Pepperfry. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest quality of catalog output, implementing platform guidelines, and achieving operational goals through strategic planning and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Catalog Management: Oversee the complete catalog operations lifecycle from initial catalog creation to final uploads across multiple channels.
- Platform Compliance: Ensure adherence to platform guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for catalog uploads and go-live processes.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest quality standards for catalog entries, ensuring accurate and comprehensive product listings.
- Operational Goals: Achieve operational targets through effective capacity planning, forecasting, and metrics tracking (specifically for Amazon and Flipkart).
- Process Optimization: Enhance operational efficiencies by developing and implementing process-oriented approaches to reduce dependencies and streamline workflows.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of cataloguers, ensuring timely and accurate product listings. Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and IT teams, to deliver final catalog outputs that meet organizational goals.
Qualifications And Experience
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing catalog operations, with prior experience handling catalogs for online marketplaces.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the furniture industry is a must.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work Environment: Must be willing to work from the office.
- Work Mode: 6 days, Work from office.
- Work Location: Koramangala
- Notice period: Immediate to 20 days.
