We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to drive sales performance, manage promotional campaigns, and provide customer insights to support assortment selection and gap identification. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance on the e-commerce platform
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and gap identification
- Ensure excellent customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide analysis and reporting on key metrics, including weekly and monthly sales by department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar e-commerce role
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with different stakeholders and thrive in a matrix environment
Salary: 12,000 - 25,000 per month
