Roles and Responsibilities:
-Extensive experience with Shopify.
-Create and maintain product listings as per request flow on our D2C website, including writing product descriptions, uploading images and inputting pricing and inventory data.
-Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data across the whole website to maintain catalogue hygiene of the website.
-Manage any escalations if any within the catalogue correction and resolve within a reasonable timeline.
-Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience through improved navigation, categorization, and filtering of products.
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce catalogue management, including emerging technologies and tools.
-Maintain and update catalogue listing tracker.
-Optimize product listings with keywords for search engine visibility and conversion.
-Proactively identify areas for process improvement.
-Strong attention to detail and willing to learn.
-Well versed with Excel.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
-1-2 years of experience in handling catalogue.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2.Prior experience in catalogue management, data entry, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
3.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
4.Proficiency in using catalogue management software or similar systems.
5.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
6.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
7.Familiarity with product data optimization techniques and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
8.Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and multitask effectively.
