Responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients who arrive at the hospital with acute injuries or medical emergencies.
Assess and stabilize patients, ensuring their vital signs are stable and providing immediate interventions as required. Informing change in health condition of patient to consultants.
Perform various medical procedures such as suturing wounds, administering intravenous fluids and medications, conducting basic resuscitation techniques, and stabilizing fractures or dislocations.
Collaborate with consultants and nursing staff in patient care delivery.
Communicate with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment plans, and any necessary follow-up care.
Maintain medical records of medico-legal cases.
Participate in various healthcare related safety and infection control programs
Counseling of patients and relatives as and when necessary.
Implementation of NABH policies and procedures.
Participate in audits and reviews.
Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBBS (Registration is must)
- 5-10 yrs of relevant experience
- Training in emergency medicine or relevant field
- NABH hospital experience is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Ability to speak multiple languages is beneficial
