As a Cashier at Blue Club Collection PVT LTD, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for customers by managing sales transactions, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
Product Scanning:
Scan and bag items quickly and accurately. Ensure that all items are scanned correctly and that prices are applied properly.Cash Management:
Count and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Report any discrepancies to a supervisor or manager.Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures regarding transactions, returns, and refunds. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members and support store operations as needed. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
