Job Title: Project Management & FX Setups for Corporates

Role Description
- Role is that of a high profile joint venture between Corporate Bank and Investment Bank.
- The role focuses on the end-to-end implementation process of TFX solutions on both the CB and the IB side of the setup. The implementation/project manager has full responsibility for the end-to-end execution of FX4Cash implementation deals for CB clients. The deals may include customized client business requirements, testing coordination, training/coaching (internally and externally) and the setup of highly technical products in multiple phases. In addition, support might need to be provided to other implementation responsibilities, e.g., client migration projects and also automated solutions around FX
- In addition to this, role requires candidate to be able to understand business economics and drive commercial initiatives, track business performance, run analytical models to find opportunities, perform product management & risk control activities.

Your key responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of client projects and end to end implementation of mandates by providing implementation plan aligning with go-live
- Liaise and work with onshore implementation and service team on all documentation that covers new/sub-account opening, account closure
- Should be in a position to liase with KYC teams for account opening
- Co-ordinate with clients & internal teams for onboarding clients into internet banking domains
- Provide demos to the client
- Manage each cases using internal case management tool
- Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation.
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
- Distribute documents to other DB branches/department if needed
- Escalate issues with respective L2 support teams Inquisitive mind who enjoys technology through a consultative engagement to address workflow challenges to reduce risk, create opportunity or reduce operational costs using technology driven solutions
- Working closely with the Sales team in understanding client requirements for products / services / solutions
- Driving the weekly progress tracker at client level and escalate on timely manner
- To be able to engage with internal stakeholders Eg - Coverage for limits, pricing, Global market ops for Settlement Execution, Technology for trouble shooting etc
- To be able to connect with the client independently on the implementation milestones
- Executing Service Level Agreements and other product-specific documentation requirements with customers
- Draft the agreements and co-ordinate with Legal / Product on case to case basis
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders for customer signature verification and other document governance as per internal policy to cover on Audit
- Focus on standardization of implementation process based on solutions offered earlier
- Be part of the agile team as an Implementation Owner to deliver the product build to support the business growth and strategy
- Implementation of cash management solutions that include Electronic Banking/ ERP interfaces / Host-to-Host connectivity / API Services, workflow automation/ FX4Cash / FX4Cash API/ Liquidity Management Solutions
Post Go- Live
- Tracking monetization with daily / weekly / monthly update on flows and expected PnL
- Troubleshoot and work with all relevant stakeholders like Sales, Tech, Ops, Product, Technology using a dedicated support mailbox to handle system/execution errors raised by live clients
- Supporting existing customers on cash management platforms and back-office administration
- Act as the Point of Contact for client's (internal and external) technical support across all involved teams including client
- Analyze and deal with complaints from internal and external clients, to ensure that the original Deutsche Bank commitment is accomplished, and the client satisfaction and loyalty is restored
- Discussion/Troubleshooting Connectivity requirements/issues for Host-Host and API solution
- Understanding the various communication Protocols and API (Application Programming Interfaces) supported by the application and suggest the suitable solution
- Understand various payment/reporting message formats (SWITFT MT101 ,MT103 ,MT940 ,MT942
- Analyse and resolve connectivity issues as part of customer testing (including understanding of LOG-files)
- Configure clients in test systems and move client set up to production after successful testing
Your skills and experience
Pre-requisites Sought
- Knowledge in Corporate Cash Management / Fx Products
- Hands-on experience in Project Management Areas
- Knowledge on API client onboarding/testing
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Navigation Skills
