Job Description:
1. Overview:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cash reconciliation MIS to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management for decision-making purposes.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Compilation: Gather and consolidate financial data from various sources, including bank statements, accounting systems, and transaction records.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations to verify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports summarizing cash positions, variances, and reconciliation status.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of reconciliation processes, procedures, and outcomes for audit and review purposes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and operational teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data integrity.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the MIS system through regular updates, data validation, and troubleshooting.

3. Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in cash management, financial analysis, or accounting roles preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIS software, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
