Description
We are seeking a Cargo Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our cargo clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of their goods. The candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer service and logistics, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding cargo delivery status, tracking information, and shipment scheduling
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Prepare and process cargo documentation, such as bills of lading, customs clearance, and delivery orders
- Maintain accurate records of cargo shipments and customer interactions in the company database
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor cargo shipments to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service and logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
