Job Description: As a CDS at EduKyu, you will play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to potential customers via phone calls. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, engage prospects, and generate leads. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in sales and customer service.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Introduce our products/services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Generate leads by qualifying interested prospects and gathering relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources
