Roles and Reponsibilities
Client Relationship Management/Academic Counselling:
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. This includes regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing digital marketing techniques.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the company's offerings. Sales executives should have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey their message.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Engaging in negotiations with potential clients, addressing objections, and closing sales deals. Sales executives must possess strong negotiation skills, persuasive abilities, and the ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, tracking key metrics, and preparing regular sales reports for management. This helps in assessing progress, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the competitive landscape. Sales executives should be able to articulate the value proposition and differentiate their offerings from competitors.
