Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor to join the Career Department Team, Udaan, at Suchitra Academy in Hyderabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, developing individual career plans, guiding students on career explorations, working on passion projects, quarterly parent orientations, articles on educational & industry trends, facilitating internship opportunities and offering end-to-end student counseling services from grade 9 upwards.

• Awareness on basic educational & industry functions
• 1-3 years of experience in educational & skills field
• Student Counseling and Communication skills
