Job Description:
- Answering incoming phone calls of inquiries from prospective international students.
Maintain rigorous communication with prospective students and parents, follow up incoming inquiries ,maintain rigorous follow up with prospective students.- Counselling of new international students.
Lead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective students(on phone).
- Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication.
Explain program details to students/parents.- Provide guidance to students and parents on career decisions.
Give presentations to prospective clients in the education sector like colleges and universities.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts.- Be able to develop/design the marketing material such as brochures, leaflet ,flyers, display material for emailing / direct mailing for multi media marketing platforms .
Desired Candidate Profile:- Minimum of college level education. Orientation in Science, Counselling, Sales and Marketing is preferred.
Orientation in multi media marketing would be desirable.
Excellent command of spoken and written English. Fluency in English is a priority.- Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
Charismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Ability to work in a rotational schedule, night shift and comfortable rotation week off.- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Office.
- Tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to learn attitude.
