Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a career counselor at Mere Mentor in Chennai. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counselling, development, and management services, student counselling, and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The role involves daily interactions with students, graduates, and young professionals to guide them through their career decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Graduation in Psychology is a must
• Student Counseling skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience of minimum 1 year in educational counselling and career guidance
• Knowledge of aptitude and career assessment tools
• Certification in Career Counseling or related field
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
